Take a few minutes right now to remind yourself that you are a special part of this world. Even if you don’t realize it, you are an example for others. You might feel invisible but you are not. You are loved, you are special, you are AMAZING!

Life is too short to be overweight, unhealthy and unhappy (usually because of our weight)!
People always wonder what we have been eating, these past few months, to lose so much weight so quickly. We actually eat often and quite a variety of foods. These are only a few of the things we eat! Including those yummy chocolate waffles with PB2 and Almond Reddi Wip.
When I finally made the decision to dedicate 30 days to this journey, I asked Dale if he wanted to join me. His answer, “No, that’s ok, that’s your thing”.
Well, after watching what I was, or wasn’t doing, and realizing he wanted the same thing…guess who joined me on this journey? His explanation: “After watching you struggle to lose weight all these years and now it seeming to just disappear so rapidly, without buying a new piece of exercise equipment or you trying to work off every calorie you ate, I see this is something that I could do to help myself as well.”
Now we are doing this together and it has added an even more wonderful aspect. We are constantly having conversations, and educating ourselves, about nutrition.
