Finding Motivation in The New Year

“You didn’t fall off the wagon.

You had Christmas and New Year’s. You celebrated. You enjoyed.

It’s okay.

Be filled with gratitude.

When you and your body are done celebrating, simply return to balance.

Balance does NOT include punishment.”

This quote popped up on my Facebook Memories. I don’t know who said it but it was something I needed to hear in this moment.

I am great at giving my clients motivation to reach there goals but when it comes to motivating myself…that’s another story.

A decision has been made! Stay tuned to see what’s up.

Fashionable Years Ago

One day, about 15 years ago, I was in a hurry running errands and didn’t realize I had left my jeans rolled up after tying my boots laces.

As we are walking through one of our last stops…

Dale: (pointing to my pant cuffs and boots) “What’s with this look?”

Me: (looking to where he is pointing) “Oh my gosh!!! You seriously let me walk around in public like this? (quickly straightening my pants while laughing) Why didn’t you tell me sooner?”

Dale: “I figured I’d see how long it took you to notice!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Me: “Obviously, never!” 😂😂😂

We still laugh about it to this day.

Fast forward to yesterday…

Me: (pointing to my cuffed pants and boots) “I was just fashionable all those years ago.”

Dale: “Are you sure that’s fashionable now?”

🤦🏼‍♀️🤣😂🤪

He definitely keeps me laughing!

28 Days, 15 Pounds

28 days ago Dale decided to join me on this optimal health journey. He initially did it to get some weight off. He soon realized he was sleeping better, thinking clearer and had a lot more energy. He is constantly telling, anyone who asks, how great he feels and how he can’t believe these first 15 pounds disappeared with only good nutrition and NO exercise.

I am so excited for you, honey!!! Thank you for joining me on this journey! 💕
