Yes, we have made great strides in weight loss and health and are happy to help anyone who reaches out, but all in all, we hope to just be a light in your day.
28 days ago Dale decided to join me on this optimal health journey. He initially did it to get some weight off. He soon realized he was sleeping better, thinking clearer and had a lot more energy. He is constantly telling, anyone who asks, how great he feels and how he can’t believe these first 15 pounds disappeared with only good nutrition and NO exercise.
