Q: Did I get started back on my healthy eating plan?
A: That would be a big FAT NO!
What the heck is my problem?
It has been 10 months since my last post and I am in the same place (fat suit and poor food choice-wise) that I was then.
For example: I didn’t even think about what I ate this week, and if I did, I rationalized it with the fact that it was just “one meal” or “one loaded coffee”. The problem is that each “one” turned into another, and another, and another, until now. Now, I am at the same or worse place than I was in my last post.
My face is puffy, my joints ache, it takes a bit of extra oomph too get up off the floor, my balance isn’t optimal (I need a wall or chair to put my socks on), and my head is still full feeling which may be a sinus cold or high blood pressure. Unfortunately, I think it may be the latter. To this point, it is very sad that I haven’t been able to get myself back on track to a better weight and health.
