Last June, over a month before a wedding that I was asked to read at, I started walking every day and eating a whole foods diet in an attempt (yet again) to lose weight.
By the wedding date I had lost 9 pounds which is pretty average (approximately 2lbs/week).
I found a dress, (WARNING: Too Much Information ahead 👉🏼) a spandex body shaper, control top undies and to be sure I had all of my bases (flab) firmed and under control, I also wore spandex capris made for firming! Talk about being uncomfortable! As always, I just decided to smile on the outside while berating myself on the inside for having failed at weight loss again! Why hadn’t I just started sooner??? Why is it so hard to lose weight when I’m starving myself and exercising???

In the past few months, I have lost 3x’s the weight and I’ve not been hungry or started exercising yet!!!
